IFB
The “Ipanema System Features & Benefits” presentation is an overview of Ipanema‘s unique autonomic networking system features and benefits in a dynamic one-day session that includes both lectures and hands-on experiences.
This presentation is not required for people who attend the OTS course. However, an instructor-led IFB training can be a good introduction before an OTS e-Learning training, making this combined curriculum a nice alternative to a full instructor-led OTS training.
ISE
The “Ipanema Sales Expert” module is aimed at Ipanema’s partners’ sales teams.
At the end of the training, attendees will be capable of:
- presenting Ipanema’s offering to their prospects and customers, through a deep understanding of the competitive environment, the business drivers, the associated services and differentiation factors,
- delivering Ipanema quotations using the Ipanema price list and quote tool,
- calculating the Total Savings Impact of the Ipanema solution for an enterprise.
The Ipanema Total Savings Impact (TSI) is a unique business value assessment process delivered by Ipanema, which calculates the ROI (Return on Investment), PAYBACK and NPV (Net Present Value) for Ipanema based services using both CAPEX and OPEX, or mixed business models.
PSL
The “Ipanema Pre-Sales” training is designed for Ipanema’s partners’ pre-sales teams.
At the end of this training session, attendees will have acquired sufficient theoretical knowledge to allow them to build and dimension Ipanema architectures, as well as the methodology to set up pilots and deployment process.
WGO (available Q2 2010)
The “WAN Governance” training allows the delegates to get a full understanding of the Ipanema reporting capabilities, and acquire the methodology to deliver Wan Governance quarterly audits.
- WAN Governance dashboards: provide C-level and detailed Application and Network Performance reporting
- WAN Business alignment recommendations
OTS
The “Ipanema Operational and Technical Support” training teaches the Ipanema System’s administrators how to install, configure and manage the different components of the system.
This training is the first module of the Technical Support curriculum.
The second module, ASU, focuses on the trouble shooting and customization of Ipanema’s solution.
ASU
The “Ipanema Advanced Support” course shows the Ipanema System’s administrator how to configure and customize the System through the use of the advanced parameters of the different components, and to exploit the richness of reporting to resolve any incident.
This training is the second module of the Technical Support curriculum, and follows OTS training course.
