e-Learning Solution
Ipanema's e-Learning allows you to access any of the content of OTS and ASU training courses for a fraction of their cost, any time, any place and at your own pace, to meet your exact needs (e.g. if you just want to review some parts of the course or to learn about a new feature).
We have defined 8 e-Learning courses relating to 10 different learning profiles.

3. Technical Consultant
4. Pre-Sales, Project Manager, Network Architect
5. Technical Support Level 1, Helpdesk supervisor
6. Application performance analyst
7. Network Administrator (customer)
8. Technical Support Level 2
Curriculum per profile
The modules of the different courses correspond to OTS and ASU contents:
Duration Codes
SM: between 2 and 8 hours
LM: between 6 and 20 hours
Equivalent of a standard OTS course: ≅ 12 h
SM (short module): profiles 1 to 4’s courses
LM (long module): profiles 5 to 10’s courses
A Certification exam can be taken at the end of each curriculum.
